MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Husband & Sons use this and find it works really well. I use a Selsun Shampoo and we all use a Honey Conditioner but they like this Apple Fresh Shampoo.

Amazing quality shampoo

My husband has short, thick hair and suffers from dandruff.... he loves Head & Shoulders Apple Fresh Shampoo because it stops his dandruff, makes his hair feel soft, and smells great. I, on the other hand, have long, thing, dead straight hair and get an itchy scalp (from using hair product every day), and I use Head & Shoulders Apple Fresh Shampoo on my hair, and it's also an amazing result! No more itchy scalp, my hair smells fresh, and it actually gives my hair that extra bit of volume that it so badly needs! Love it!! Converted!!!!!

The only small problem l have is "Shampoo" font is too small and when searching for shampoo or conditioner it's not easy to see especially if elderly.

Clean smelling, itch free hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, the smell is amazing and it makes your hair smell so refreshing so I am in love with that as my hair always holds onto strong scents of the environment. My hair can be a bit limp and greasy at times but this shampoo does not cause my hair to dry out or go too limp (which can happen with some of the anti-dandruf shampoos). The price point is pretty good since you are getting quite a lot of product. As it says it does help reduce the appearance and occurrence of dandruff. I would buy this again for myself. Overall I would give it an 8.5/10

Dandruff shampoo no longer needs to be nasty and medicinal smelling! Head & Shoulders has always been effective at keeping dry flakes at bay. It does tend to dry your hair out more than other shampoos but it's well worth it to treat dandruff.

Love the smell
I have always loved the apple head & shoulders shampoo!! I know it’s fake but that smell is amazing! My hair always looks clean and glossy after I use this shampoo. Nowadays I save the Hwad & Shoulders for when I need it for dandruff. I find it works better that way (for me at least). Get it if you like that fake apple smell like I do.

Smells amazing!
The best smelling scent out of the entire range, in my opinion. Can't get enough of it. Quite good at keeping dandruff at bay, but I've found it's best to rotate it with another brand of anti-dandruff shampoo. Overall, quite satisfied and the scent is irresistible!

Great for dandruff
