MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Fine oily hair saviour
Excellent light weight conditioner. Smells so much better than the Akin conditioner, not a generic geranium smell but a lovely light floral. Doesn't weigh my fine hair down and because it has no silicone in it my hair is frizz free and feels soft and looks shiny. Silicone has the opposite effect on fine hair than on other hair types, it can make fine hair dry out, look frizzy and feel like straw. This conditioner is great and it makes my fine oily hair look and feel soft, shiny and controls the flyaways quite well for the price range. As an ex-hairdresser I am very picky!

Very Good
This conditioner is great for my baby fine, long and EXTREMELY oily scalp and hair. It has a lovely smell, very subtle and fresh and doesn't linger long on the hair after it is dry.
I only apply this conditioner to the mid lengths and ends of my hair as my scalp is so very, very VERY oily. My hair is so fine that when I was doing Hairdressing when I was younger my teacher put one of my hairs on a calibrator that measures the diameter of the hair shaft. There are literally babies with better and thicker hair than I have. That is why it is so important for me to have a conditioner that doesn't weigh my hair down and also does NOT contain silicones. Silicone can dry out hair like mine and actually CAUSE frizzyness, which is the exact opposite to how it works on normal thickness hair. Silicone can actually make my hair feel like straw if I use products that contain it for long enough. This is the main reason why I decided to try this conditioner and shampoo pairing. I prefer the conditioner to the shampoo as it has a great consistency, thick and easy to apply, subtle scent and really tames my frizzy mane to perfection. I don't need to use any other products after this as my hair looks shiny and perfectly conditioned. Due to the lack of silicone my hair does take a little longer to dry but I'll take that over frizzy, knotty, uncontrollable fine and flyaway hair any day. The ingredients list is also pretty spectacular especially for the budget price tag. I totally recommend this if you have a frustratingly difficult time with products for your oily hair. The bonus round goes to this conditioner for being Aussie made and owned. Lots to love here.

Best shampoo and conditioner for very oily hair
My 18 year old daughter has very oily hair and every other shampoo and conditioner (even those who were specifically targeted for oily hair), just made her hair more oily. This is the only shampoo/conditioner that we have been able to afford, that seems to keep the oiliness at bay. Thanks CW for selling this product at an affordable price.
