MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

What are SensoPearls™?
At Medela Baby, we want our products to make every gesture more gentle, intimate and assured. Baby skin is sensitive and we strive to make all our products gentle to the skin. SensoPearls™ are smooth little nubs on the inside of the shield of all our soothers. They are placed on the top and bottom of the shield to reduce - in addition to the air holes - the risk of redness and irritation on your little one's delicate skin.
How do I use the Medela Baby Steribox to clean my soothers?
When a sterilisation box is included with your soother, it can be used to sterilise your Medela Baby soother in the microwave. Please follow these instructions:
Before use, remove any stickers from the box and wash the soother and box with warm water. Then follow these steps:
Fill water up to the marker 10 ml/0.3 fl.oz for 1 soother or 25 ml/0.9 fl.oz for 2 soothers.
Place the soother(s) in the box.
Close the box and sterilise the soother for 3 minutes in the microwave (max. 1000 W).
Allow to cool for a minimum of 3 min before opening the sterilising box.
Squeeze out any residual water from the soother teat.
WARNING: Take extra care when handling and opening the sterilising box. Hot steam from within the box can cause burns. Always check the temperature of the soother before use.

Perfect for newborn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in a trial box and bub took to it straight away. I love the design of this one as it is soft and easy for bubs to latch onto. The added case is perfect for when you're on the go and you need to put it somewhere germs can't get to it. The shape of the soother is perfect for bubs as he didn't gag like he did with others. Very happy with this one!

The only dummy Bub would take

I wanted a dummy that she wouldn’t prefer over nipples and couldn’t recommend the medala ones enough for this. We’ve had absolutely no issues with her breast feeding with these dummies. I love the age options and we are currently up to the hardest ones which our little one is obsessed with.

So small

I didn't know little ones existed and wished they were stocked in more shops. It's the perfect size for a newborn and it's still the only one my 13 week old will take, hopefully she will take the next size up soon.

Great soother

Great for small babies

Great for premature to smaller babies and quite similar to jolly soothers which I have used previously for my other children when they have been fussy. Bub loves munching away on this when fussy. Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is exactly as described, lightweight, smooth and small. Our little one took to it right away and we found that unlike another brand it does not leave red marks around our boys mouth. It is small enough to leave our boys nose open.
An added bonus is that the soother comes with a microwave safe holder for easy sterilisation.
Would definitely reccomend this soother for new parents.

Only dummy my son will take

After trying EVERY SINGLE brand of dummy on the market & my son hating all of them I thought I would give these ones a go & they are the only ones he would take before & after his tongue tie cut, they don’t leave a red mark on his face around where the dummy sits, they’re super easy to clean & all round both of our favourite. as you can see I have a few & these are just the ones in his room all up I’ve brought about 10 packs of the 0-6m so far & will definitely continue to buy them.

Love the steriliser case!

She is able to use this one though, as the teat isn't as long and the dummy is really lightweight.
I also love that it's all one piece, with no parts that can detach.
Bonus points for the case doubling as a steriliser case.

Baby loves this and easy enough to take out and put back in without the hoop.
I love that if baby falls asleep and rolls over the dummy he isn't sleeping on a hard dummy.
The main reason I bought these were they looked cute but they've proven to be so much better then i imagined

No more trapped water in teat

They frequently fall out due to my son not quite sucking right on them, but I don't blame Medela for that as he does it with all dummies. These ones I find are the best though, as they are all silicone, I don't get any water trapped in the test. They are also handy to out in the fridge when teething.

Love the full silicone

My Bub also loves chewing on the end instead of the teat while teething. Comes in a great container that double as a steriliser.

• The matte silicone is great and doesn't pick up any fluff if it falls out in the cot or pram.

Good soother

We also were using other types of soothers so it was amazing that he so happily switched between them. The soother was a great size and worked so well for him.

I love the sterilise design and also the convenience of the carry case. This is good when putting it in nappy bag and can pull it out knowing it’s still ready to use!
