Combine 1 scoop of powder in approximately 200ml of water and mix well. Product can be prepared with other liquids such as milk, coffee or added to your smoothie if desired.
All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours, if refrigerated.

I would drink it with hot water. Its different now. But most concerning is the legal requirement sticker on the pack... seems like they have added fillers and they're making us agree to not sue. The sticker says once you open the pack you agree to the terms and conditions on their website.
