MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Amazing pump!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pump so much, I have tried a few but I’ve had the best results with this one! It’s quiet, easy to use and has good power! And affordable! I was getting over 150ml in just 15 minutes! Love love love it! Definitely recommend for every first time mum!

Great entry level pump that does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the Tommee Tippee Double Breast Pump, especially with such an accessible price point. I found it got the job done and my yields were quite good, with lots of different settings to choose from. I also loved how it showed me how long I'd been pumping for. It can be a little clunky and easy to knock over, but all in all it does a good job.

This pump saved breastfeeding for me!
We bought this pump on the way home from the hospital with our baby boy. Our son was born via C-section and in the first few days (in hospital and at home), I struggled to learn to breastfeed. Using this pump after each feed was highly effective in building supply when transitioning from colostrum to milk and allowed me to feed expressed milk to my baby when breastfeeding just wasn't going to plan. As a result of using this pump, I built up enough supply that have a freezer full of expressed breast milk for day trips. Without this pump, I wouldn't have lasted 2 weeks of breastfeeding and I've kept going for 5 months so far!
My son took the bottles straight away and the pump enabled my husband to be in charge of one feed a day so I could have a break. The portability of the pump means I can express on long car trips to Sydney. 5 months on, as my son is sleeping more at night, I still use the pump for 15-20 minutes after each feed to maintain supply and can express up to 80ml each side in only 10 minutes.

Quiet achiever

The device is easy to pull apart & clean. And the device is not bulky.
The device is simple to charge and is provided in a slim box which is great for storage!
A must for mothers !
