MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

OVERVIEW
FLORapid Relief is a sterile, preservative-free nasal decongestant spray designed to quickly clear a blocked or runny nose caused by:
• Colds & flu
• Hayfever& Allergies
• Sinusitis
FLO Rapid Relief contains the active ingredient Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (1mg/mL) which acts quickly to reduce congestion and lasts for up to 10 hours. Because it's medicated, only use it strictly as directed and consult your physician if symptoms persist.
FLO Rapid Relief is preservative-free, and should be your first choice when purchasing a medicated decongestant nasal spray.

FLO Rapid Relief, like other topical vasoconstrictors, should not be used continuously for prolonged periods. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time unless advised to by a doctor or a pharmacist. Frequent or prolonged use may cause congestion to recur or worsen. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Check with your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Brief nasal tingling or sneezing may occur. If continuous nasal irritation occurs, stop using this product. This product should be used by one person. Sharing may spread infection. If congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

使用方法
Gently blow the nose. Remove the green protective cap. Before first use, prime the pump once or twice until an even spray is dispensed. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the applicator firmly once while sniffing deeply. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. After use wipe the nozzle with a soft, clean tissue and replace the green protective cap.

Instant and substantial relief
My nose had always been a bit blocked since it was boken a few years ago. So when i get a stuffy nose it gets completely blocked. 30 seconds after my first use of this not only did it remove the bit a stiffness that had just came on but it also almost completely got rid of my usualy bit of a blockade

FLO is good
Bought this nasal product again because it was prescribed by a hospital. Its easy to use and doesn't dry my nasal passages excessively as I have experienced with others. Was pleased it was available.
