PRIVATE PRESCRIPTION PRICE
- This price is available to anyone with a valid Australian prescription.

- If you have a Medicare Card you are entitled to receive medication at this price.

MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine are soft gel sheets designed to provide Natural and immediate cooling relief to the severe discomfort associated with migraine and headaches.
Comforting and soothing, they provide a gentle continuous cooling effect for up to 8 hours* helping you through your migraine. Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine is non-medicinal so can be used with pain medication to help maximise your relief.
For best results use at the first signs of migraine/headache. Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine is safe to use during pregnancy.
*The duration of cooling depends on conditions of usage. Natural cooling relief for fever

- Take one soft gel sheet, remove transparent film and place on forehead or back of neck.
- Cut the KOOL 'n' SOOTHE gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary.
- Does not stick to hair, eyebrows or wet skin.
- Single use only, for hygiene and effectiveness.
- Re-application will cause the gel sheet to become less adhesive.

Amazing!!
I have been using these for about 6 months now. I get bad headaches once every week or so and I don’t like taking strong pain relief but Panadol doesn’t help. These sheets are amazing. They take the pressure feeling away and are very soothing. I always have a pack with me !

My favourite product
Since big supermarkets have stopped stocking this product I was looking to find it elsewhere and chemist warehouse had the cheapest option. I bought them in bulk as I suffer chronic headaches and migraines and they are a lifesaver when I have to sleep with pain.

Really Works
Cold pack stays cold for a couple of hours when taken straight out the packet. No refidgeration required. One side is adhesive so the cold pad stays in place, but is easy to remove. Thin and light so easy to pack or carry around when your on the go.

Instead of changing the packaging concentrate on the actual product I used them and did not stick for more then a 5mins and I was not in motion or sweating
