MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Made from medical grade plastic (PPSU; polyphenylsulfone), the Flexible PPSU bottle is naturally honey toned and suitable for high use. The gold standard of plastic baby bottles.
The bottle is supplied with a Flexible Peristaltic teat.

When preparing formula,
- The bottle might also become hot. Be careful not to burn yourself.
- If you shake the upright bottle, hot liquid may come out and may cause burns. Handle the bottle carefully.
- Do not attach the hood and shake the bottle. If the hood is attached, the high temperatures may cause the pressure inside the bottle to rise, possibly causing leaks
Do not prepare formula near your baby, as there is a danger of burns.
Be sure to check the temperature of the milk or other fluid before feeding.
After boiling or microwave sterilisation, the bottle will be hot. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Before first use and after each use, wash thoroughly and sterilise.
To assemble, insert the teat into the top of the bottle cap/collar.
Press down firmly to check teat is secure and even.
Press to make sure the air ventilation system opens.
Screw onto the bottle.

Great for breastfeeding babies
My baby was exclusively breastfeed until 3 months and wouldn’t take the bottle, tried this brand and she took it straight away! So pleased to found a bottle that is similar to breastfeeding so I can mix feed. No nipple confusion very easy!

Only bottle I will use
On my third baby and this is by far the best bottle I have come across. I have used Pigeon bottle exclusively for all three children as it is the only one they will happily take and feed from when I went back to work. The slim design makes it easy to transport, store. The materials used in the bottle and teat bring me comfort knowing they are safe for my baby.

Best bottles
My daughter is feeding so much for better with these pigeon bottles with the slim neck and teets makes it easier to fit in their small mouths and no spillages so she a proper feed. Definitely worth the money

These bottles are amazing! I've had two babies and both very fussy feeders.
These bottles are amazing! I've had two babies and both very fussy feeders. I switched to these bottles at 12 weeks with my second and she is feeding much better. A lot less windy and generally happier feeding. Taking a fair bit more milk than with the previous type of bottle. Only wish I had tried them with my first!

Good quality & best teat style for good latch
We found the pigeon bottles to have the best teat - soft and flexible - to ensure good latch & milk transfer. This particular style of bottle is a very cool retro yellow colour, and very high quality plastic.

Not bad.
I bought this just few weeks ago Slip neck is bit uncomfortable for the formula milk to put in the bottle. Otherwise it is nice value. But I would buy wide neck next time.
