MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Ethical Nutrients Hi-Strength Liquid Fish Oil is a one a day, highly purified and researched strength omega-3 supplement.

Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. Use product within two months of opening. Some sediment may be
present. Shake well. Contains fish. No added artificial colouring or preservatives.

Each 5 mL (1 metric teaspoon) contains:
Concentrated Omega-3 triglycerides - fish 4.6 g
Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 1.9 g
Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 927 mg
使用方法
Shake well before opening. Mix with a small amount of juice, or take with food if preferred.
Adults: Take 5 mL (1 metric teaspoon) daily to:
• Relieve the symptoms of mild arthritis
• Maintain a normal LDL:HDL cholesterol ratio and
triglyceride levels, within the normal range, in healthy people.
• Support healthy cognitive function.
Take 1.25 mL (¼ metric teaspoon) daily to help maintain cardiovascular health or to assist heart health.
Children: For healthy cognitive function:
2-5 years: Take 1.25 mL (¼ metric teaspoon) daily.
6-12 years: Take 2.5 mL (½ metric teaspoon) daily.
USAGE ADVICE

Great liquid option - and has no fish smell.
Tastes good, don’t need much. I like to mix in with my yoghurt. No strong fish odour like other tablets (no fish odour at all). I like that it’s a liquid, as opposed to another annoying pill to take. Adjust your potency based on how much you take. I suggested this to my naturopath for her to try and recommend!
Only thing that would make this better would be a dropper instead of pouring into the supplied cap - easier to dose but otherwise this is the best!!

My son loves it!
I bought this one month ago for my very fussy 11 yo son. We have tried different fish oils in the past and he just could not stomach them and refused to take it. He absolutely loves this fish oil and loves the peppermint taste, he just doesn’t taste the fish oil at all. A great product!
