MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mixing Guide
1. Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby.
2. For each tablespoon of cereal, add 2 tablespoons of cooled, boiled water, breast milk, or formula. Breast milk contains enzymes that make the cereal 'watery'. This is perfectly safe to use.
3. Mix to a smooth consistency. Mash out any small lumps with the back of a spoon.
4. Gradually increase amount given and thickness of the cereal over time, depending on your baby's appetite.
Always check the temperature is safe before serving.
SAFETY DIRECTIONS
Make sure your baby is seated in an upright position to serve. Do not leave your baby unattended.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Always store with seal closed, in a cool dry place.

Good baby cereal
We tried a few oat cereals for my daughter when she started eating solids. This one was a good reliable one to try. Very easy to make and doesn’t become lumpy and also goes well when mixed with purees. You can change the thickness of the porridge by just adding more or less milk/water, etc

Good product
We tried afew different brands of oatmeal. They all seemed to be gluggy and lumpy no matter what I tried. This one is a great consistency and mixes well with fruit purees. Baby likes the taste of it also so that's a plus. Baby did not like the other brands or rice cereals.

Delicious and nutritious
This is such a quick and easy breakfast or snack that is full of natural goodness. Baby loves it and I don’t even mind eating the last couple of spoonfuls. It’s really convenient and easily transported too, when visiting friends or family. It’s convenient, nutritious and tasty. Winning all around in my eyes!

Best baby porridge
I have used this baby porridge for my last 2 children and will definitely be buying again for my third.
This porridge is so easy. You can mix it with water, or breastmilk and then you can mix in some soft fruits when your baby gets older. I also would change the amount of liquid depending how old my baby was as well.
