MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Not a single bit left!
My little one ADORED the taste of this pouch. She was so excited to give it a try and absolutely balled her eyes out when we came to the end - she wanted more! The vanilla was a huge hit and we have since gone back and bought more!

A great choice for babies
My bub lives this product, it was his first taste of custard, and wow, was he excited! He was unsure if the texture at first, but once he got the taste you could tell he found it very tasty! Great packaging, easy to squeeze out onto a spoon and feed him. Will definitely buy again!

Custard Goodness
My Little Ones love custard, but I guess, who as a child or an adult ever hates custard! They absolutely love these and take no time to demolish them. Forget a bowl and spoon, they just take it and head straight off. No one wants to fight a hungry child, might loose a finger!

Affordable and delicious choice

Treats for my little one

Every child is different thus meaning some wont take well to your tasty home made goods or they just refuse to swallow any other baby food your previous children may have loved. This product is a favoured by my little bubba. Of course Ive tasted it too and it pretty good. What I think she takes to most is the texture of the food which goes down easy for her. Id recommend this to any mothers who are finding it hard to find the right food for their baby.

Delicious for kids and adults alike
Heinz Little Treats Vanilla Custard is pretty delicious. It's not something that I'd be giving my kids too often because of the sugar factor but as the name suggests, as a "Little Treat" every now and then I think it's great. My 7 month old has never opened her mouth as wide as when I offered her this. She loved it. I ate some too and I can see why- I'd happily eat this as my dessert.

My 9 month baby enjoyed the custard. First time trying custard and happy to have more. The consistency was good compared to other brands that are runnier. After having a taste I quite enjoyed it. However I was concerned at the amount of sugar per serve, as I thought it was a bit high for baby food.
