- If you pay this price Chemist Warehouse’s pharmacy software will record the eligible patient contribution towards your PBS safety net for the PBS prescriptions supplied.

- If you have a Medicare Card you are entitled to receive medication at this price.

MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Simply put, probiotics are good bacteria essential for many vital body functions, including healthy digestion (See side panel for more).
What makes Meta Align different?
Meta Align contains pure-strain probiotic bacteria Bifantis (Bifidobacterium infantis 35624). Bifantis was developed by Gastroenterologists and, when taken daily, will help your body build and maintain a healthy digestive system.
Relieves medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome symptoms such as abdominal pain, gas and bloating.
IBS refers to medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome.
A few words on good bacteria. Your body needs beneficial bacteria for a number of things, inclunding helathy digestion. But they're fragile. Common issues such as diet, antibiotic use, travel, illness and stress can disrupt your natural balance of good bacteria.

For adults 12 years and older, take one capsule per day. For children 6-11 years, take one capsule per day with adult supervision. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age (because of danger of choking).

For years I suffered with bowel problems especially urgent and explosive bowel movements. My local GP gave n]me a sample to try and to my relief it worked. Some may consider the cost a little dear but believe me , if you have suffered like me, that is of no consequence. I initially took the one tablet per day from the 28 pack . When that 28 days finished I was perfect. Some two years later I began to get the old symptoms back and only after another 7 days of Meta Align I was again back to normal. It may not relieve some folk's problems which may be due to some other aspect that may need investigation by your GP but I strongly recommend you try it. Check your diet as well and/or if you are keeping yourself well hydrated . It is surprising how many people do not drink sufficient water.

I've suffered with IBS for years I was scared sometimes to eat when I went out as would be in the bathroom very quickly Found these Tablets and I thought I'll give these a try.Wow fantastic I've been out to several functions and no Ibs.I call it a miracle .I will never stop this product .
