MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

一般信息
Nestle CERELAC Muesli with Banana & Apple is made with real fruit and four different grains (Oats, Wheat, Corn and Rice) introducing your baby to even more exciting new tastes and textures. CERELAC also contains Bifidus BL, a probiotic similar to those found in the digestive system of breastfed babies, and is rich in iron, contributing on average 58% of the RDI* per serve. *Recommended dietary intake for infants 6-12 months

Oats (contains Soy), Wheat Flour, Banana Flakes (10%), Corn Flakes, Rice Semolina, Dried Apple (5%), Wheat Bran, Maize Maltodextrin, Mineral (Iron), Vitamins [C, Niacin, Thiamin (B1), B6], Culture (Bifidus).
May contain milk.
CERELAC is made with a special technology called CHE (Cereals Hydrolysed Enzymatically) which breaks down the carbohydrates into smaller components.
CERELAC contains:
Iron: Key mineral that supports the functioning of your baby's immune system and assists in carrying oxygen within the body, such as the muscles and brain.
Vitamin C: Key antioxidant and can help the body absorb iron and assist in immune system functioning.
Vitamin B6: Key vitamin that contributes to growth and development and assists in immune system functioning.
Probiotic Bifidus BL: A probiotic similar to those found in the digestive system of breastfed babies.
Include CERELAC as part of a varied diet.
使用方法
Close the sachet and box after each use and store, in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days of opening. Contents may settle.
Wash your hands before preparing your baby's food. Make sure all utensils (spoon, bowl) are thoroughly clean. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 90mL and pour lukewarm water^ into your baby's bowl. Add 21g of CERELAC Approx. 3.5 tablespoons. Stir until the cereal is a smooth consistency and feed immediately. Discard any uneaten portion.
^ Water can be substituted with baby's usual milk if desired. When prepared with breast milk, it may become more watery. Reduce quantity of breast milk added to achieve desired consistency.
Extra nutrients will be provided if made up with breast milk or formula.
