Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.

Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.

If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.

Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Pregnancy I highly recommend these for anyone who's trying to get pregnant or is pregnant. I'm taking them in my 2nd pregnancy now and find that they provide me with 90% of all the vitamins I need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience and assurance I love both the convenience and assurance I get from these multivitamins - It gives me great reassurance to know my body is getting the vitamins and minerals I need to support baby's development. It's been great that I haven't had to change vitamin from pre-conception, to now being in my third trimester and I'll continue to take these post-partum as well whilst breastfeeding.
