MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

L'Oreal Paris Excellence Cr?me is a permanent hair colour that is 100% Grey coverage from root to tip. Excellence cr?me gives you rich, natural looking colour with caring ingredients for a long-lasting result.
Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on gloves.
- 1. Your colouring cream (1a) will already be pierced following the skin allergy test. Pour it entirely into the Developer (1b).
- 2. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture.
- 3. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product overflowing.
- 4. You can choose to use the comb applicator, ideal for mid-length or straight hair.
If you regularly colour your hair (every 4-6 weeks) and want to cover your greys or want to stay close to your current colour.
- 1. Start applying the mix at the roots of dry, unwashed hair. Use the bottle tip to separate the hair section by section.
- 2. Once roots are saturated, massage and leave to develop for 20mins.
- 3. Then apply the remaining product throughout the lengths and ends. Again, leave to develop for 10mins.
If you're colouring your hair for the first time, or your hair has not been coloured in the past 3 months.
- Start applying the mix at the roots of dry, unwashed hair.
- 1. Use the bottle tip to separate the hair section by section.
- 2. Spread and apply the remaining product all over the hair and leave to develop for 30mins.
Delicately cleanses the scalp and hair by gently rinsing away excess residues. Smoothes the hair to reveal its radiance. Natural, non-overcharged colour results.
- 1. First add a small amount of water to your hair and massage. Then rinse out the colour until the water runs clear.
- 2. You may now remove your gloves. Break off the bottle cap of the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo (2) and apply. Massage until the foam is rich and dense. Then rinse.
Apply a hazelnut amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask (3). Leave on for 3 mins and then rinse your hair.
Keep your Lightweight Nourishing Mask (3) to use once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny and lively hair.
