PRIVATE PRESCRIPTION PRICE

- If you hold a Medicare card and a valid concessional benefits card you are entitled to this price.
- If you pay this price Chemist Warehouse’s pharmacy software will record the eligible patient contribution towards your PBS safety net for the PBS prescriptions supplied.
DISCOUNTED PBS PRICE
- If you have a Medicare Card you are entitled to receive medication at this price.
- If you pay this price Chemist Warehouse’s pharmacy software will record the eligible patient contribution toward your PBS safety net for the PBS prescriptions supplied.
MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

- This prescription item is Schedule 8 and can only be supplied on a script from a registered doctor in Queensland.
Any prescriptions from any other state cannot be filled and will be returned in the mail.

A portable and convenient Folding Commode Chair with a removable bucket and lid for your personal hygiene. Featuring a lightweight Aluminium frame, plastic armrests and height adjustable leg extensions fitted with non-slip rubber grip ends for added safety and stability.

Best solution for post surgery aid requirements
I required this after ankle surgery. It has been amazing. The week after surgery my daughter was getting married. We were staying in Melbourne City for the weekend. I was able to easily fold up the chair and take it with me giving me peace of mind. It is light, sturdy and compact. It fits in the shower as well which meant I could shower with peace of mind.

Commode chair
Bought the commode chair for my Dad. Very easy to assemble. Sturdy design and durable. Good grip on the handles to assist with leveraging your body when getting up. We found that this chair can also serve a dual-purpose as it can also be used in the shower. Currently, my Dad uses the chair mainly in the shower. The back-rest is very useful to prevent yourself tipping backwards. Would have given it a 5-star rating if the price was more competitive (paid $131). Decided to buy it together with the Wagner Rollator so that we could get both products delivered together. Overall, would recommend this product.

Great tool with recent injury
Lightweight, adjustable and easily fits over the toilet. The seat could be a bit more comfy, hence only 4 stars. It has been a great aid with acute back pain.
