MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Works Well
I used to use cheaper brands like Dove or Sunsilk, in those super large bottles from BigW. My hair was alright but I wanted to try and make it better. I then tried OGX. I first tried their white bottle, coconut scented shampoo and conditioner and loved it. I then wanted to experiment with other OGX products to see if they'd help with adding volume since my hair is pinstraight and really thin. This product does achieve that; it makes my hair a little bit fluffy if that makes sense. Not frizzy, fluffy. But I'm not in love with the scent of this one. The scent isn't bad nor strong, but I'm used to the coconut scented one. So now when I smell this purple one, it feels disappointing. It smells a bit like super faint sunscreen. So it's not a bad smell, it's just not 'the lovely coconut' smell I was used to. I will use this up but won't buy it again. I prefer flat hair that smells like coconut cream vs fluffy hair that doesn't lol

Great product
I’ve been using their range for sometime. And I decided to give this OGX Extra Volume + Biotin & Collagen Extra Strength Conditioner a try as well. I used this with the shampoo and with just one use I saw a big difference. My dry and damaged hair looks super healthy and had body to it. I used the conditioner first and then shampoo and rinsed off with cold water. Love the results I got from this. And it’s always on special at Woolies so you don’t have to pay the full price. I highly recommend this OGX Extra Volume + Biotin & Collagen Extra Strength Conditioner and shampoo for anyone with thin and dry hair.

Clean and shiny
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OGX Extra Volume + Biotin and Collagen Conditioner is an outstanding product when matched with it's shampoo. The two together work wonders for your hair.
Just like the shampoo, the scent of this conditioner is a really nice scent.
My hair can tend to be quite oily at times but this product left my hair feeling clean and it made my hair have a really nice shine.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is after a bit more volume in their hair and are struggling to find a decent shampoo and conditioner combo that does so.
This shampoo and conditioner combo have become must haves for my hair washing routine.

Stronger hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this conditioner! I work in a heavy industry so I love conditioners that make my hair feel clean, strong, smooth, and silky. This conditioner did all of these things! I feel like I lost way less hair while I was using this product, which is a massive bonus for me. Another bonus is that the conditioner smells amazing but is not overwhelming.
I've really enjoyed using this conditioner over the last four weeks and would definitely recommend buying it. Leaves your hair feeling amazing and I will be using this in the future.
