MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

Dermal Therapy Scalp Relief Serum relieves dry & itchy scalp in minutes. Leave-on, quick-drying serum. Highly concentrated moisturising base and clinically tested formula.
Dermal Therapy Scalp Relief Serum is a leave-on product designed to improve scalp health. It moisturises, soothes and provides relief for scalp itchiness associated with dry. irritated scalp. It is formulated with Colloidal Oatmeal for skin-soothing moisturisation, Canadian Willowherb to calm irritation and Menthol for its cooling effect. It is clinically tested to provide relief in minutes. It is suitable for daily and long term use.
Findings: Dermal Therapy Scalp Relief Serum significantly decrease the itch within 15 minutes and completely eliminate it after 45 minutes.
The study was conducted by Dermatest GmbH Germany 2019, an independent testing facility, as commissioned by LaCorium Health Australia Pty Ltd.

Apply a few drops of the leave-on serum to the affected areas of the scalp as needed. Massage gently. The hair can be wet or dry when applying the serum to the scalp. For best results. use in conjunction with Dermal Therapy Scalp Relief Shampoo & Conditioner.

Best I’ve Tried
An absolute itch saver. I had a patch on my scalp that itches and flaked for months on end. I’m sure it’s stress related. Everything I tried failed. Including cortisone creams. Rubbing anything in to the scalp is difficult as your hair is always in the way but with this, it was easy to apply, it’s consistency is more like a gel which means it easily covers the scalp and gets between the hair easily. And it doesn’t dry clumpy or oily so no need to ruin your hair style. It provides immediate relief and leaves a cooling sensation. Continual use and the entire patch of itchiness and flaking disappeared, maybe because I was no longer scratching? Miracle stuff. Great value for money. East to appt. And lasts forever.

This serum is absolutely incredible. I was suffering from a horribly itchy scalp, I'd tried everything- removing sulphates, parabens, silicones etc. from my hair routine, using specially formulated products, but nothing was working and it was driving me a bit mad from the constant irritation. I started using this serum after cleansing thoroughly with another shampoo and the Dermal Shampoo & Conditioner and my scalp hasn't ever felt better. It's incredibly cooling and refreshing, and it relieves all discomfort. I can't recommend it highly enough to someone suffering from an itchy scalp.

Works so quickly
My husband uses this product regularly as he suffers with a dry itchy scalp. I had a terrible scalp itch the other day and gave it a try. I couldn't believe how quickly it worked. It was soo soothing. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from scalp itch.
